For live keying one usually uses a hardware keyer () example Ultimatte. With more elaborate live-keying (important for sub-optimal conditions) and related processes (capture, decompression, processing, compressing, playing off) would be a normal PC probably a little overwhelmed.
The DeckLink Extreme provides a tool called LiveKey, but this card is designed for analog and SDI I / O.
