Hi Folks,
I turn s.Euch because I need a clue how to begin.
What I want to:
I want to integrate a live video stream of a webcam in a home. If possible, do not (or at least insignificant) costs incurred other than the web hosting costs. The codec should be relatively commonplace (eg Quicktime, Windows Media or Real).
Question:
What software do I need to realize something like this? USB webcam server computer and DSL connection are available.
Ne for short answer I would be super grateful!

I was so synonymous already set apart, and it works great with Windows Media Encoder
In output then had to stop choose from pull encoder. (and archive to file if you want to take it on the computer at the same time synonymous)
If you did choose ne firewall do eg port 8000 and give it under your firewall settings port s.als stream, eg the

At best you will add the code Frontpage with one of the windows media players then you can adapt more easily than the parameters in the code (width, height) to adjust

The issue of IP is easy to fix, I think times with DynDNS, and already it should work: o)
