Avid Loggin has such a tool. Taste (I think), but much synonymous Money.
We are here to help us with ordinary Excel files. Like the look must be explained by the import of an EDL file your editing program.

Otherwise it's synonymous with Premiere, etc. Normally, the other programs can import. Or?
