Frage von beiti:Times someone has already tried, the XLR Adapter MA-300 to set other Canon camcorder?
The question I ask myself is because the directional micro-fits DM-50 both on the XM2 as synonymous to other canons, if they are also shoe with a "smart accessory" feature. Hence this accessory shoes must be at least partially compatible.

Hello,
MA 300 XLR adapter is only for XL H 1, L 2, and XM 1 +2 (according to Canon)
It has to be s.der level control etc, I know it but not exactly, MA 300 but have never tried with other cameras.
MA 200 is for XL 1, XL 1 p.
Yes DM 50 requires an intelligent Zubehöschuh as corridors of the new MVX 45i, XM 2, or XL 2 XL H 1 and a variety s.alter cameras ala MVX 3i / MV 20i / 25i / 100 i / 150 i / 250 i etc.
I would not estimate the directional micro-DM 50 but excessively good, VAD has been a moderate test, I think it's better directional micro Sennheiser MKE 300 more for 150 ¬, the only downside the batteries quite expensive 2 LR 44 for nearly 200 hours of recording time, I have finally in "my" company - it just sits times on Pana GS 500 - good good ....
When the big BP 970 g s.der Camera turn, has the DM 50 but already the
Nichtbatterienachlegevorteil.
Who has tested MA 300 others already on the camera not listed?

Okay, mechanically Sonypaßt the MA-300, purely not. On my Canon MVX3i he would fit mechanically - but electric?
Microphone input and power supply must have MVX3i synonymous - otherwise a microphone as the DM-50 it would not work. If the monitor output of the MA-300 would not function, I could live with it. :)
The crucial question seems to me that the MA-300, the balanced signal is converted to an asymmetric and then transfers the standard microphone input of your camcorder, or whether the accessory shoe or separate balanced pins, the unoccupied s.klein camcorders such as the MVX3i are.
