I have solved the problem!
The following approach has led to success. First, the OS (; WIN2K) installed with all updates.
Then MAGIX installed. Then MAGIX update!
In between, of course, always made computer reboots and the annoying activation of MAGIX.

The whole thing was really successful! I have a load a movie from around 15 different shooting together so synonymous over length arises. These various panels and added transitions, some background music, a soundtrack and then further to a standard DVD can burn (and thus the software must be shrink synonymous).
This morning I had a ready burned, functioning DVD and the calculator was cleanly shut down.
