Frage von Alex.A:Hello,
I try my MOV files are still in 4:3 are available in Premiere PRO CS3
1. In 16:9 to convert (via footage interpret)
2. According to Microsoft DV AVI with the alpha channel to export
However, I note that the alpha channel from the MOV file no longer in the AVI file is available.
Have I gone wrong, or support Microsoft DV AVI no alpha channel?
For any help I would be very grateful.
Gruss
Alexander
Addendum: I now synonymous with MOV2AVI convert .. also without an alpha channel: (
Antwort von fabriquez:
DV Avi has no alpha channel. What did you do before? Use Quicktime but your next, or make a TIFF with alpha channel sequence thereof.
Antwort von Alex.A:
My problem is simply that I Backgrounds and Transitions (of Digital Juice), which are in MOV with Alpha channel, but since a very long time Premiere needs to load a project where time just 50 files have been imported ... I am looking for an alternative.
Hence the idea to port to AVI, because the processing is simply better.
I have heard from the friend who has done it and it would work much better now. However, he works miz Edius ....
What would you be my problem I guess?

Antwort von Alex.A:
... the solution of the problem is Canopus HQ or Canopus Lossless codec than .. and then goes synonymous with the Alpha;)
