Hi,
have a SonyDSC HX1 bridge camera with which I synonymous films receiving the MP4 format. Now I wanted the short videos with the date stamp which the recording date (; as in the lower right corner of the image with different font / color / size). PowerDirector 5, I could always let the dubbing of videos of my DV-cam on my HDD auto join. This MP4 videos with this program, but not at all worked, so I am looking for a simple tool, or just hold a DV editing program that this can?
Do you have an idea?

If lucky you save your cam the EXIF data in the header of your clips ... then you need to stop any Progi use and use the date display by hand.

Hmmm,
I've already resigned to the fact that I must insert the date manual that is not the problem, but I really wanted the original video (including resolution, codec, file format etc.) and convert anything and kept looking for the right program!
