Simply put: NO ... the maximum of the test program to receive ASTRA HDTV because it is broadcast in MPEG2.
Currently, there are probably only a map of KNC One that can receive the new MPEG4 and play synonymous with a corresponding calculator ...

The card is a simple budget card and therefore can not receive anything that is transmitted via DVB-S (at least on Linux). DVB-S2 can not. Currently I know only on Astra HDTV Promo channel in MPEG2. All other HDTV channels are DVB-S2, which may not have the card.
