Infoseite // MPG file into editing window Fails

Hello,
I despair slowly. Can my video file. Mpg without problems into the Project in Encore DVD 1.5 download. But when I look at the file in a new window wants to cut depends on my calculator. It happens so nothing more.
What could be the reason. ?
Has anyone any advice for me.
Please help.

Probably the file is corrupted or a GOP is not closed, or the cache beschgädigt. Encore react because, unfortunately, extremely silly thing. If you nix's mind, at least, delete the cache times manual. Then you are lost alel Trans codes, but if you are lucky, the file will be accepted if they are in tip-top order.
