Frage von *Andreas*: Dear Slashcam,
I want to grow me a camcorder and had the Canon MVX3xxi series in the eye, as this contains all the functions that I would have liked (miniDV, not the smallest CCD, DV in & out, Micro and headphone port, A / D converter, etc. ), is her handling of the ok and price equal to my ideas.
Now I have to choose between the 330i and the 350i. According canon.de the differences are as follows:
* Zoom: 18x/360x in the 330i, unlike 20x/400x in the 350i
* Lighting: Mini video light in the 330i, the 350i, in addition, an LED light.
In addition, the 350i seems still a wide-angle converter is supplied.
What confuses me here s.meisten: What's with mini video light and LED light mean? In the photos on both models is a small LED illuminator and Stillimage recognize a flash. What does the above-described difference?
One more question: I've read that s.den microphone port of the 330i/350i only mics can be connected to the right to bring their own power supply, it? So I can not simply plug a regular collar with micro-jack? Like this one for example:

So I can not simply plug a regular collar with micro-jack? Hello Andreas,
to the above point, I can tell you something: There are microphones that require a power supply (eg, condenser microphones) and some that do not need a separate power supply (eg, dynamic microphones).
Since the 3.5 mm jack for a camcorder anyway no phantom power is available, consumer-grade condenser mics usually run on battery power. Inform yourself time on the site of Hama regarding the above lapel microphone. As you will learn certain that is required to operate a coin cell, which is housed in a compartment between the camcorder and microphone. ;-)
Antwort von *Andreas*:
Mark, thanks for the info on your camcorder microphones in general. Again what they learned ... :)
Maybe someone can say something to the video lights-theme of the 350i? I now suspect that the lamp is separately mitgelifert, similar to the wide-angle converter. Can anyone confirm?
Thanks Again! :)
Regards,
Andreas
Antwort von Jan:
No it is built around the light and lit up from the Nahberich, the converter is supplied to estimate synonymous not so high quality.

Aside of all this, I would would be better to 20/25/35/40/45 with RGB Primary greifen.Ich I've umlängst many test reports to the MVX watched this series and confirm all of the MVX-digit models (MVX20 / 25/35/40/45 ...) bildqualitativ thereby significantly better (The 3 digit MVX series fählt the RGB primary color), especially when LowLoght better sharpness and less noise, and the price you pay her for the double-digit MVX Models synonymous not really more.
