Probably a typical beginner problem! With Studio 10 had a 2 hour movie downloaded from your camcorder, music done in mp3 format, transitions, edited, assigned titles. When Action CREATING FILM nothing happened then, reports of the bars under the control image: movie is created, that's it then. Even through the night brought no new result. What have I done wrong? Is the film too long?

the film as I want to create avi file, when doing nothing more (as described), I canceled the action and next could work with the program or edit the next scenes. On the plate are well over 100 GB of space. The individual films from the DV tape is 3.9 GB in size each, times 10 equal to 39 GB of individual films to a total film 2 h 10 min composite. Too much mass for the program?

Pinnacle Studio is well known for its stability problems.
Attempts to test time only 10 minutes or so to render the (otherwise) leave all settings the same.
Besides, you can indeed times the Mp3 files into WAVs umkonvertieren, many video editing programs, namely, still have problems with this format ...

Hi All,
the tips a small film worked out fine (5min). Even the 2-hour movie started promising when rendering, after 19 min processing, the program was available as usual. Also 3 hour wait if doing something else, brought no progress. There is room enough on the plate. Should we split the movie in each 1 hour? 'm Pretty annoyed, everyone wants to see the Holiday film, which so far runs only s.Calculator.

Divided Film're already not a bad idea.
And remember, with advancing film length decreases the receptivity of the audience - especially if it was not for the events shown here.
It is not my place to criticize, I do not synonymous, but as a suggestion you (yes filming synonymous) been a while:
Attempts to observe a common thread and to max. 1 hours to be cut. Then it all fits in best quality synonymous to a DVD and a rear backup on DV tape (if your CC has about DV-in).
Attempts to act otherwise, views, chapter by chapter and each section rendere as AVI. When you've finished all the chapters, they'll insert into a new overall project therefrom and leave the DVD image, or create what ever synonymous.
Should be somewhere in your project, the worm in there, you can easily circle the problem. Furthermore, does the software easier, because the compute-intensive operations of effects and 3D transitions have already been rendered.
Another advantage is that you very quickly and this control can have interim results. Corrections will need to be done only s.diesem chapter, which also leads to faster results.
