Hi,
I have been a year Manfrotto 700RC2 Video Eiger. Übern winter I've not used him and now he gives the left-right turn an ugly scratch noise of itself. Pollution caused by sand, etc. I can exclude. Should I just oil? If so with what oil?

If possible, and decompose the Teflon discs with silicone grease (diving equipment) new grease.
