I'm not a Premiere user.
This setting affects the Project and if your material has a different format, it will be converted SOWISO mE. But it is usually the sinnvosllte variant, in the format to cut, in which was filmed synonymous. (See Note synonymous in the screen)
At 16:9 it would be widescreen and the sound so Aufnahame after 32 or 48 Khz - 48 Khz is more likely. Since you probably live in Germany and probably the movie synonymous want to show here and certainly synonymous with a European camera was recorded, it is a DV-PAL Project.
