I did finally get a wish fulfilled and langehegten of premiere on Avid Media Composer 3.0 redenominated. After the complete installation of the software package now appears at startup of Composers on the following problem:
The program loads up to the point where it says "initializing audio". Then it is no longer next, the program has been suspended.
Operating system: Windows XP Service Pack 2 Audio: Terratec DMX 6fire 24/94 with current drivers. I have onboard audio in bios, but without success.
Can someone help? Thank you so much.

swap test half times the soundcard, so the onboard Enabling and disabling the Terratec. I think the most avid of fact is not supported. but on the homepage avid s.hardware what goes and what does not, you have not previously informed about before you make a pile of coal for the mc've spent?

I've tried synonymous (disable the Device Manager, but would have enough or?), But without success. About the compatibility with the Terratec card, I foolishly asked not because I do not came up with the idea that there could be a problem, especially since a good friend with the same card in conjunction with AvidXpress has no problems. On the Avid website is under the system condition with no word on the need for a certain sound card out.

I have a similar problem: installation successfully ... for me it depends on when the start point ACPL effects on terminated immediately and without direct fehlermeldung.

The problem with the sound card is only with a org. Sound Blaster card (~ $ 20, computer store) resolve OnBoard Sound disable.
