Frage von olf:When I do the live sound of the microphone in the camera mode directly through Headphones wants to hear, there is an echo.
Even through the AV output is an echo to be heard.
This occurs with the internal Microphone, with a Canon DM-50 Microphone and with several other microphones.
Depending on the distance from the sound source is synonymous, it sounds like a "flanging." What I mean is no feedback.
You can easily find by man with the fingernail on the Microphone types.
The sound is in Headphones twice delayed and be heard.
When playing the recording sounds normal.
The same scenario with a Sony DV-camera or with a Canon HG20 sounds normal.
Then I was at the Canon workshop here. There you have me another HV30 presented, which had the same problem! The Canon support hotline HV30 then created a test which has the echo synonymous. A solution has not.
Do you have the synonymous?
Can it be that only certain firmwares or serial numbers are affected?
How it sounds in its predecessor, HV20?
Antwort von olf:
I have time next umgehört. The Canon HV20 is synonymous with a response.
American Canon HV20/HV30 do not appear to behave differently. Also the picture is slightly delayed on the camera monitor.
The delayed sound is irritating, however.
The annoying thing is that this an area in Headphones sounds different live than on the recording. You can use the Sound and the position of the microphone simply bad estimate.
Of course, a closed Headphones important. An open Headphones may be recorded by the microphone and the echo is increased.
Some explain the delay so that the compressed signal looks and listens. That would actually functionally useless. I could make it a maximum as austerity measure interpret the manufacturer, not a feature.
Would be interesting to know whether other HDV camcorder the signal processing as synonymous. Have other Canon HDV camcorder this delay? Sounds like the Canon XH-A1 or a Canon XH-G1 or Canon XL H1?
Maybe someone could synonymous a brief test with a SonyHDR-FX7 or SonyHVR-A1? The SonyHDR-HC9 would be synonymous interesting because it has a similar price as the Canon HV30 has. Perhaps for one or other of the rash in the purchase decision.

Should you or dual-echo with the sound from the Headphones into the mix with real Lifeton think it's perfectly normal.
Did you almost always when signals must go through complex processes.
When capturing HDV tapes of as synonymous quite pronounced, up to about half a second later Picture and Sound from your PC directly from a camera on their mini-display and speakers.
Antwort von olf:
Ah, interesting, thanks.
That delayed the sound comes from the PC, I know.
That is synonymous understandable.
The delay in the camcorder with me here the first time encountered.
