Frage von blakkur:Hi together
I've saved a Canon XH A1 (long: D) and now wants to record the concert of our local music club. Now I have a problem with the Microphone. The internal is good, but when the people applauded, the applause is louder than the music (Camera is in the middle) in the audience and I want to use an external Micro.
I habs been with two normal Philips Microphones tried (one for L and one for R-channel), but while the sound is always quite dull. (If well s.der removal)
What can you recommend? (Budget ca 200th - SFr.)

Small diaphragm in ORTF position. Eg Oktava MK012 matched pair. But are more expensive than your budget. But in this direction I would go.

frag doch mal band with your musikverein or with a friend, tonstudio whether you are not two identical capacitor micros + 2x10m cable xlr to borrow, with the (probably cheap) phillips parts is probably synonymous to stay near dull.
For 200sfr gibts was not really suitable because you need even two, ie each mic ca 60 ¬, in the low-class plays very well with your internal, if not even better.
what the terms are getting louder the applause, which then could be synonymous to regulate in the post-processing.

SRON I myself am in a band here as a lighting technician, but I did not know whether you can use standard vocal microphones synonymous for something. The tape used Shure mics.
But thanks for the replies, I'll look after me then once was:)
Oh yes: the Oktava MK012 is for me something very expensive, unfortunately, that does not work :-( but thanks for the info.

well, singing in the regular dynamic microphones, are more designed for "close review", not so great for your purposes, but capacitor zb-nomics. drum-overheads, could fit very well.
And once google for "ORTF" as of bartman mentioned, is a special arrangement with the stereo microphone can be achieved very good results.

What I have been synonymous gseh the Basel Tattoo (drumshow were in the courtyard of the barracks Basel) by the television as such a big microphone, so at about 8-10cm in diameter and approximately 25cm long ... And round. What was that? have started as synonymous stereo or was synonymous only mono?

If as a mixed randomly go in standing around in the mics and the band which outputs the total signal to boxing, then I would just get me a cable and the appropriate times to ask if he can not put my random times a line-out ...

I'm at a tape of it, but I would not take up the tape but the brass plate, and played selbstvertändlich without an amplifier, etc.: D

That was a so-called "zeppelin", jocular name for a sennheiser screens & therein lies usually a 416 or Sennheiser MKH 418 shotgun microphone, which is s.sich mono, but if you take two or more of them in connection with a mixer then wirds synonymous stereo or even 5.1.
