Seeking a mini camera with Night shot function (IR),
where one of the led-light lämpchen not see, or where the LED light bulb light up only slightly. range limit will be yes only 2-3 meters.
is to recommend about this camera?

0 lux means that no visible light is present. People take sowas true as darkness.
The device does not have a recorder, is only part of the camera. But yes you should be clear.
The thing is that you still an active illumination with IR LEDs need. And that's not the camera.

And the mini has a digital camera for ir-led, and is not so bulky? had previously only seen with large cameras nachtaufnahme function.
So the smaller the better, what would be recommended?
