So, as you describe to's, the camcorder has probably already lost shortly before his fiery death function. If anything would be on the tape, you should see another player, at least occasionally Picture fragments may.
Even then I do not think that anything can be reconstructed so that someone looks at it voluntarily. A tape is not a hard drive, and therefore has no preconceived views data structure ...
But perhaps even here a practitioner nor a tip. Too much time and money would be invested, but I do not s.Deiner body.
