Hello. \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e I have recorded some time ago, Mini DV tapes with Final Cut Pro. The files I have lying on the hard drive. \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Now I is only a Windows computer with Premiere to disposal and I want to edit the files rehearsed. Unfortunately I do not seem the codec for it. What exactly am I need? \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Is there still noCODEC alternative - remains the only recoding a.MAC? \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Thank you and love greetings \u003cbr /\u003e Jules

Easy to install QuickTime and is good. The Apple DV codec is standard.

But be careful ... not to convert music into i-tunes then yes .... \u003cbr /\u003e otherwise it rattles times ...

Where is that of HDV? Yep, that's not possible. VLC player will play Apple HDV on Windows - can the umwrappen perhaps? Is indeed still a normal MPEG 2
