Frage von Kinemo:Hello,
the following problem:
In Room A is my MiniDV player as the setter, in Room B is a PC with MPEG encoder card.
I draw on the tapes to my PC and convert them to MPEG, the sparks just fine.
My steps, but now see this:
I run the encoder software on the PC, run over to the other room, press PLAY on the MiniDV player, run back again, leave record, then finish my software on the PC, run back across into the other room, and press STOP on the MiniDV player.
A little more leg work :-)
I would like my PC to control of space from the MiniDV player, simply REC and STOP should be controllable.
The FireWire interfaces s.dem deck are all documented and I have but one S and one CONTROL LANC interface.
NB: I can ask the MiniDV player NOT s.den PC in the other room, because the player is in an AVID rack.
Does anybody advice?
Thousands thanks
Matthas
