1. The issue of
wear. track position, I do not know, but even a camera of the same brand, or even the same model, may not clean the material to play. That would be tested. That this problem exists, is often doubted, until you make your own bitter experiences.
The reasons for this brand, age and head seem to rule out contamination.
To a DV deck, you can do without, however, because the two problems mentioned step on synonymous, and the price is ridiculous. Then rather a not so old to buy used Cam.
