Anybody know any Manufacturer, the camcorder offers hard disks, the recording in MiniDV format, or if you know someone available for the MPEG2 Camocorder by in-/offiziellem patch or firmware update can bring to this?

No ... There's never (yet). JVC would be a candidate, in which there could be something like this in the future but there are no official statements about this. If you want Resolutionaufzeichnen with a video camera, DV and standard - and that is certainly more meaningful than MPEG - one must stop to buy a DV camcorder. Sooooo painful is the transfer of tape on a PC hard drive is not synonymous again.
