Hello,
I've shot on my sony-camcorder (; DVD510) on ebay a cheap original Sony video light (; HVL-IRH2).
Am naturally assumed thatthe with my camcorder is available, as is the Sony-HP synonymous, that the lamp is suitable for all Sony camcorders with intelligent accessory shoe, and my camera has an accessory shoe synonymous.
Which is labeled with active interface shoe. thought, this is another one of those modern English. Expression that is to suggest that this may yet again what special new shoes. That the shoe, the minimum requirement, an "intelligent" to be met, I really had no doubts.
Now, however, made out that this pompously called active interface shoe, just not intelligent, and above all a different size than Vörgänger shoes, so the light does not fit on my device.
First I've pretty Sonygeärgert about this confusing nomenclature and description of.
But now my questions:
1) Is there an adapter for (; active i. shoe on Intel. Schuh), with which I can attach the light yet? If so, where, and how to say something?
2) How do I know when Fremdherstellerleuchten whether the fit? As more and is only here for accessory shoe of the camcorder, but never for what kind of accessory shoe.
3) I have not yet found synonymous accessories, which is designated for "cold" accessory shoe. Is that still a third again, while others connect?

Has your own battery light one at all? This shoe adapter to work is purely mechanical and have no electrical contacts: An AIS accessory that his energy of getting the camera needs to work with adapter anyway. That should be synonymous, the reason for the absence of such an adapter.

No, I have, as synonymous up there, a camera with AiS, and the lamp is on smart, so therefore obviously standard (shoe size, and energy needs of) the action.

This is intended, perhaps not with the data put out. Sonyhat not for nothing that such a special shoe rausgebracht. They want clearly to prevent someone product offers. I hate them for it, before buying my cam, I knew this were not nice and quite vomit S.Weiler I totally overpriced for money to buy an adapter, which then do not even transmit the stream. Assi.
They intersect only in the foot because many do not even buy a Sony camcorder but one of the Canon design the simple customer-friendly. If Sonywenigstens offer good accessories for it but you would not even get a good time on it because the micro indicative of Sonyunter to be any gun.

Anyone who uses this reason to Canon, comes from bad to worse: Many canyons have long been a separate accessory shoe - not compatible with the universal and certainly not with the course of Sony. Adapters are available for less well than for Sony's AIS. Customer-friendly Canon is there really not!

Ok, thanks for the info, good to know. Affig remains, we can stop the filmmakers synonymous make life difficult. Naughty, I think if they had a bad install microphones with intent to then want to sell their accessories.
