I want with Premiere 5.1 on firewire alos play a movie on my DV camera (Panasonic NV GS200).
But this is surely not.
What can I do to change it to what?

Presumably, the camera has no DV-in. This is in some consumer devices, the case. So lend you a camera with DV-in, or reaching for the best DVD ...

The playout of a video on MiniDV is still one of the cheaper solutions for high-quality and relatively long-lived video archiving. What have you tried to play off the film on the camcorder? Issue export (Premiere 6.5: File -> Timeline -> On tape).
If you like the movie (synonymous) to record on DVD, you have it in
MPEG2 -Format exportieren and with einer Authoring- oder Brennsoftware als
DVD-Video
