You will probably trailer your upload to YouTube. As you should see your video a little preparation:
- Max. 10 minutes
- Max. 100 MByte
- 320 x 240 pixels
- Format: WMV, AVI, MOV and MPG
The WMV format will you with your program certainly spend. An approximately 3-minute trailer you'll get at 320x240 certainly fall under the 100-MB limit. In the preferences (presets) for export, you will find with security already built-defined settings.
Tip: if given dimensions as little as possible to compress. The cost of bandwidth while afterwards, but the quality improves.

I'm against synonymous youtube. The quality is just not enough for a movie trailer. I recommend exporting as H.264 quicktime (m4v file), opmtimiert for streaming / download, data rate depends on the video dimensions to it, I would be between 500 and 1500kbps recommend.

Seriously: First DivX is quite widespread - at Winbugs mills, I would say take DivX and Quicktime is not much. But Mir is synonymous clear that Winbugs Media dominates the market. If even a good codec - but unfortunately the evil empire ...

Diffusion is relative. Seriously, I would never have a DivX movie as a store on the Internet. The probability that my audience is not plug-in installed, is simply too high. I really want to frighten anyone. And already I'm very impatient. Plug-In? Weggeklickt. Others are still faster. Therefore, I offer ever higher demands for Quicktime and small to FLVs. Thus do I really everyone. At least in the television industry, everyone has Quicktime. Otherwise do it synonymous Windows Media.

Thanks for the tips. Now have the trailer as a Windows Media file is created. In particular, the notice prescribed in dimensions as little as possible to compress was helpful. After a little play around, this is synonymous with movies from the original reduced resolution yet personable. At 5 minutes of film time to get there is now only at about 30 MB.
