desperately need HELP!
For movie playback, the film appears on the display or viewfinder synonymous in the grid look, consumed with the current grid box! Did I accidentally blocked something is broken or the camcorder. Is just 2 weeks old! I hope someone can help me!

you have already tried it with a cleaning band? makes our current synonymous and I'm going to buy cleaning tied one. then it would actually work again. synonymous times in the manual to look as it would have to stand on one side and it's even a photo of this, as it would have some (raster look look).

the unit is only two weeks old? As should be even with constant use, no wear, etc. noticeable. Use your warranty!
