Since you do not have editing program called, only a general description:
It sets the desired video into different scenes, one above the other video tracks is the timeline and scaled / restrict it so that all the desired content in the intended way to be seen. - That is really everything.
If, as in linked synonymous motion video to be seen, then you need to work with so-called keyframes for the start and end positions and the movement duration follows.
