Who can help me? Did I have bought the Panasonic GS15 of my PC is not detected (WinowsXP). The shop was tested whether it detects the PC-all clear. I then got an update for SP1's with-it should be because I installed a Panasonic-update would be. I have it installed and rebooted synonymous-Cam was still not recognized. What is this problem? My buddy has a Canon, which is recognized on my system, so I do believe that my system is ok

To what extent is not recognized? Which capture tools do you use?

Let the Cam just ne time with the computer
or connect the cam with the computer even before you install the software
or connect the cam with the computer before the PC.
The Cam has obviously turned on.

Firewire card - otherwise I can not - or does it? - The cam of my mates was so identified with me.
