Infoseite // NLE editing cards problem

I have recently bought a video card. (AVerMedia DVD EZMaker PCI Deluxe)
After I had installed it ran it with no single program.
Pinacle studio 9: Will I recognize but can not do anything)
VLC media player: same problem
Adobe Premiere: Will not recognize
Windows Movie Maker: This is, I can only record videos in WMV format, for further processing would be for me, but DV codec Optimal
The bundled software, I could not install because after a key Interrogates I do not have

Someone of you knows a solution to my dilemma (or, alternatively, a program on the card is definitely perfect running)?

Unfortunately, there is video equipment, which only included with the program together, because they are under windows, system-wide setup. I knew no remedy ...
