Frage von trialversion:Hello,
I have some old video tapes with old shooting, which are incorporated in the USA. This I can look at while still on my VCR that can output this format is synonymous to PAL television, but the quality of the films has suffered over the years has markedly. Sometimes they are very old movies, not at all in trade, and more synonymous needed to get very difficult to locate.
S.liebsten I would save them "" by placing them with my PC into a digital format for transfer. With what analog video card for the PC, I could do that? Is there anyone with experience? I've read that there are companies that convert the video for (many?) Money, but that would make s.liebsten itself. Of course, the question is what becomes more expensive. Have no idea how much it would cost a card. But I am thankful for every tip.

would I do synonymous s.deiner place.
I'd lend me of Michael Lehmann-horn a ADVC and dub all in one week. That is certainly the cheapest and best art

This I can look at while still on my VCR, this format can be synonymous to spend on PAL television ... Then actually comes every DV camera with analog-IN in question. Better still analog-through, then you have to dub cassettes not only to DV, but can equally capture via firewire.
Although the amount of data is with 13 giga per hour of video is greater than the MPEG-capturing, but that's just one post-process material with interference better than an MPEG recording.
If compared to a converter solution, at least the advantage that there is still behind a camera to "play", if you are not the converter can borrow ...
If (as in most modern PCs), a Firewire is built one must unscrew this solution also does not separate from your PC,
