Frage von Video_Fan:Hallo erstmal s.alle,
I would be very happy about good advice. And I am thankful to all that help me here. For months I have been looking for a perfect solution for little money .... My ntsc tapes back from the States on dvd too.
I hane an old map of Pinacle tv only the quality of the videos are very bad a of is the first ...
I now have more recently a Panasonic DVD / VHS recorder model combined ES35V.
The device can save only ntsc baths on dvd, I think it's better. So for me, I have the settings set to XP mode and the quality is ok but I have videos of friends got a recording gestochenere had.
I think there are definitely a video editing card that can connect you with the panasonic recorder of a better resolution
to achieve.
Unfortunately, I am fairly new to this area and I have explored in the network of good pci tv cards. Only the selection is so large dertv cards that I can endscheiden me very hard.
So my question is:
Is there money for little less than 120 euro, a tv pci card to buy a ntsc vhs tapes aufzuzeichen in HD quality? So the best would be the h.264 format, or better?
I Would be delighted if someone who knows and helps me. So I'm feeling really matter ntsc videos recorded in the best quality and save them for later, on dvd ....
Würde mich sehr freuen.
Many thanks already times
Pete

Hello Pete,
So HD quality is not. VHS is an analog format. To put it in HD Resolutionzu would have to be artificially inflating the signal ", which are suffering but the image quality would be modest in any case.
Otherwise, you have already correctly identified, you need to NTSC tapes to digitize an NTSC player. Solve now the idea of simple TV cards or video grabbers for a demanding, serious use digitization, as is usually the quality is often less than modest.
There are on this subject, however, numerous posts, read thee times into the issue:
