Frage von Günther_:I put in a clamp,
would like to see a new Camera (JVC GY-5100) and will buy between USA and Germany and commute to work in both countries. So do I have between NTSC and PAL decide. With a PAL-Cam, I am in the U.S. and the other silly because I have here in Germany is not much of NTSC. Scanned and cut vermtutlich on my MacBook Pro (PAL). What do I have? 2 cameras to buy, I would not really. Is there a compromise, with which I am "everywhere" can work without problems? Has anyone experience or a handy tip?
I thank

You have two films in the same market rules, or do you need PAL and NTSC can only turn?
For the first case I have no miracle solution.
In the latter case I would take the JVC select a model, which is switchable. Pure DV devices for PAL + NTSC me not fall, but there is in the HDV-Z1U USDI SonyHVR. You can use that - in addition to the HDV variants in 50/60Hz - synonymous in PAL and NTSC recording and / or output. Sonyhat also an HDV shoulder model with Exchangable optics announced that the top of the Z1 is insecure and should certainly is synonymous 50/60Hz switchable.
Your MacBook should not be to a standard limited. If the software supports it, you can cut so synonymous NTSC.

Thank you very much. No, the projects have nothing to do with one another and are only in PAL or NTSC is created. Honestly, I wanted to me for various reasons have a camcorder shoulder growth. But a cam choose the switch is, seems to be a superior good idea. Did someone already make a similar experience and can recommend a Cam? The noise limit is ¬ 10,000.

Hi Günther,
if a switchable camcorder, as you imagine it to you, not yet on the market would be transitional, perhaps renting a camcorder which are exactly the television standard, which you just do?
Otherwise, I would have fit. The HVR-Z1 is switchable, but no shoulder camera. The first switchable bolides shoulder, giving me ideas, p.20 n.aufwärts cost.
