Hello,
've been working for quite a while with Premiere, now I have arrived at Premiere Pro, a very awesome program.
Only now I have a problem, and although I have to cut a DVD of an event, some s.Material before I could even take place by capturing DV over, a video, another one synonymous with the best quality was given to me as Avi File .
Now I wanted to import the file, although the status window opens but he does nothing, the program does not synonymous stürtzt, speak with demolition ichs can just cancel any time ..
Now I'm not quite sure what the format for the file, but DiVx isses schonmal not ... With 6.9 GB;)
Can I give a da nen tip? Achso Ulead VideoStudio has tried a Bekonnter, and so we went not synonymous .... So the convert ...

With some formats, Premiere has problems, it is an uncompressed DV AVI? If nothing is done during the import, let it load for longer time, perhaps there will come an error message. Otherwise I would advise you to convert it somehow. (For example, Procoder 2.0, which devours everything, but not quite cheap)

So for me looks like a Divx / MPEG 4 from file. Procoder solves the problem with installed divx, virtualdub, it may be synonymous.
