I have a question regarding Post-Production: Can I use Pinnacle to my homepage to present, as on actormaker.com?

My English is not so good at everything to understand. But I am sure that someone has experience with this comic actors did.
If your actor makernote have been used, was so kind and post your website address and times described what a software and particularly what camcorder you need.

Why is this software good?
Movies yourself in front of a blue or green screen, Keye from and replaced the background with the colors of the homepage and make a flash of it.

I thought only s.sowas as yaoti. They are too expensive to me but, I think the create a single figure for 400 EURO.
