have the lg S900 (laptop),
thought the thing was quite cool, with 19-inch monitor to cut.
Bin of 2 things wrong assumed.
No firewire, no pci.
Did I ever be a good chance dv material and bring it to edit? namely, that was really my goal.
I've never done and would help me very happy.

Wait a minute, when I look at the pictures on the LG HP (http://www.lge.com/products/model/detail/s900_1_6.jhtml) look there is a PCMCIA Cardslot Page on the left. Furthermore, there is a Portreplicator as a docking station, which has two Firewire.
For the Cardslot So a firewire card for $ 20 and fetched good.

There are synonymous 2 different S900, one with DVBT and centrino 2.2.
my without and with 2.0.
Believe me ... I would not cry if the thing would have a slot free.
you can replace the DVD drive (always when I need it myself)?

Unfortunately, nowhere in any port-free laptop where you could slide a little inside. not free ... not available sooner. it is the lg t7300-S900 and encourages me to grade very ... as make such a brawny 19 Zöller and save any possibilities.

On the pictures of my link, under "Left" is the Express Card slot (point 26) directly above the slot of the 5 - in -1 Readers (Item 27). The look very similar, because the 5 - in -1 synonymous CF can read and they are almost as wide as PC cards.
If there really is None, bring the thing back. That's nice to have a car but if the main options are not available, it is scrap for your purposes and ultimately synonymous for all other customers.
