So easy is that is not to get really good-looking results, because you have to adjust the lighting situation and many others have observed, as in normal green / blue screen effects.
What version of After Effects do you have? From the CS5, there is a rotoscope tool. So you can create a choice of you. You need to have to make a frame by frame, but if you took the time and effort you give come synonymous thus a considerable profit.
