Last weekend my old DV camcorder finally passed away.
That is why today I am off to get a replacement and am unexpectedly returned with a SonyHDR-HC1E.
Now I stand here and not get my stupid video in HD quality on the PC.
In answer to my inquiry with the dealer was told that Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5.1 HDV, more or less controlled. Only me, the program is simply too expensive.
I currently use Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0.
Is there perhaps another way without having to invest hundreds of Euros to cut an HDV - video on a PC?

While I'm no expert, but possess synonymous HC 1st In the menu you can adjust the HDV movies in DV output, please look in manual. Then it would go, is still of course the decision. whether in 16:9 (I would recommend if it hergibt editing program - such as widescreen) or 4:3 is to be used, this must be set synonymous in both the camera and the editing system.

Thanks for the reply.
After a foray through the forums I realized that I can forget about HDV for now.
Currently, the necessary software for me is still too expensive. Only with Windows Vista is fully supported HDV.

Thanks for the info.
In those forums is much more useful.
At the moment I'm s.einem change the software is not interested.
I will content myself in the coming months with a normal DV quality, and hope that Adobe synonymous with an HD plug-in for Elements furnish.

I can still remember s.das problem with den.ORF files in Photoshop for arious cameras.
Adobe had built late in the support in version 7.0. And this version was sometimes very error prone. A patch has resolved most of the problem. For the competitors but it was no longer an issue for a long time.
Then in PS CS worked perfectly, and the ORF support the next version of the element receiving an equivalent ORF support.
I hope it is now so synonymous running. In WP 1.5, the hero still doctoring around until it works properly. The next version probably works just fine. At this time, is synonymous Elements HD master.
