Hello,
I bought a video card (http://www.kmelektronik.de/main_site/index.php?SiteType=Shop&type=shop). Unfortunately I do not when recording an analog of a VHS video recorder, the sound. With the link you land on the portal page of the dealer, so this does not really help next.
However, relating back to: If it is a simple Videodigitalisierer, then you have the recorder may be connected via S-video. There is no sound is transmitted. You'd have probably an additional connection to the line-in input of your sound card to create the PC. And do not forget to activate the sound / volume settings, the line-in input synonymous with.

I have the recorder gant normal with such a scart adapter that is connected with a Yellow, white and a red card for video
Antwort von maier:
Is this a scart adapter with IN / OUT
or you have tried in this direction already?

Antwort von Maier:
SCART IN / OUT must have been) nothing (= Video
but
You just try once with a sound program to include what

Antwort von Crusader:
Well there's still the following problem, I've just 3 so scart plug.
All 3 have a different amount of pins, at 2 nothing comes only with a Picture.
Antwort von Markus:
Hello,
If nothing comes, it's the wrong scart adapter, that is an output, lies in the SCART connector on the VCR.
More Info:
The issue is not explained with a set Scart ...
Antwort von Sheridan78:
Aha, that is, I must have the wrong adapter for Scart to Composite or?
Can someone possibly give a link to a real?
Antwort von Stefan:
Aha, that is, I must have the wrong adapter for Scart to Composite or? I think not, because synonymous with the wrong adapter, you should have no picture.
Where did you get the audio cables connected s.PC? To LINE-IN? And in the audio mixer and video capture program in the LINE IN input synonymous selected as audio source?
Good luck

Antwort von prem:
I put the 2 audio cables into the video card. The jack would not fit in the net line-in.
Line-In is the rest ok.
Antwort von gnoi:
Ok I once dug up my old Super Nintendo, as it has 3 cable directly and have it connected once s.The card. Again no sound. But if I ranhänge my pit s.den audio output I have sound.
Antwort von Stefan:
Yo. Slowly, the fog clears. You have in the audio settings as the recording source, the switch to the audio portion of the video card. I guess at the moment is the sound card is listed as an audio recording source.
For Windows 2000: Right click on the taskbar on the speaker icon. Then adjust audio properties. Then Audio Tab and then audio recording Preferred device list to browse.
The video capture program was chosen as the preferred use device. Alternatively, you can capture video in some programs also select the preferred device.
Good luck
