Hello,
it could be that Premiere Pro CS3 (part of Creative Suite Master) without a title templates will? The template file is with me obviously does not exist. Neither the installation files on the DVD content is a file to be found. In the various tutorials or the Help menu is always assumed that the title templates simple menu on the Title / Based on template can be selected .... Has anyone a tip?

Do you now the title or menus?
The menus should be in Encore CS3 (for APP CS3 included).

There is a lack of actual title templates, which usually have titles / New Title / Based on template should appear. It then opens window remains empty. According to my knowledge (program is new for me) is the file either during install or is the content of the accompanying DVD to copy.

Full install! Trials ÓÄ. have sometimes not.
In my test version, I had no synonymous templates. Only when I bought the full version and installed the free version of old had declined it.
