Hello, maybe someone knows how to create a kind of "noise effect" in Premiere Pro or AFK, as it occurs in the tv if the picture is distorted? If there is no direct filter / plugin is not to abandon them, we could perhaps irgenwie about "pixelerate" or make similar filters so nen by taking a black and white background or something?

Hi,
for this effect are quite well the fractal disorder. Play with the settings, put a light blue over white under the material.
