so in WIndows I have only a black and white picture
But whom do I start the PC and the BIOS aufrüfe I have the farbich on my TV only wen windows starts loading and it is black Wess

Your S / W driver problem then is probably just s.einer incorrect setting in the Driver menu here:
Right mouse button on the TV screen -> Select TV format -> Advanced / Advanced:

Down there, switch to composite or "mixed mixed /", must be above B / PAL.
With an S-video connection would be better quality than composite-RCA, if your television synonymous SVideo support what everyone should do more current.
