I have a problem and need help urgently.

Following:
I'm doing with my Sony HVR-V1E a 20-minute recording to DV tape. I get home, shut the cam to s.den via Firewire (very good) PC, run Adobe Premiere CS4 and press Record.
I set an In point and Out point at 20 minutes then I press on in / out recording.
The camera moves to the In point and begins s.aufzunehmen premiere.
According to a different time period (1.5 s-10min. / 100 attempts) hears the recording time to run in debut at, although the picture and continue to run the camera. After 20 minutes I come back s.den desk, give the clip a name and it will look in with the timeline. Then I note with horror that he has taken only a short period of time.
What can I do, I do not get a single DV tape to your PC!
I need your help urgently, otherwise I throw everything against the wall, I've tried everything ...

I myself have never heard of a camera imported into Premiere, but I'm sure you'll get useful tips here.
