I once had access to a Hi-8 Deck with time base correction. Compared to blunt import via camcorder the quality was outstanding and it had no improvements are made. \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e There after installation because you can not be helped. If it's been dragged recorded, everything is just cosmetic. I recommend to use a service, synonymous for the transmitter is working. From personal experience (but only with film), I can recommend AVP in Munich.

If a proper full-TBC not improve the image (save) can, then I do not know who else could .... \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e To make an SD image once and for a (big) flat panel display with four times the resolution a sharp technical image, is probably synonymous possible only in spy movies and thrillers. The expectations should be especially in amateur equipment with analog aufgezeichntetem material, and are neither too large.

I heard something as synonymous, there may be an software that supposedly can expect out of previous and subsequent frames the disturbances. And then further increased the Scaerfe because the image are added together from the individual images ... or something ... \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Does anyone know anything about it more accurate?

Neat video (or something aenlich) to denoise very well. To what extent can improve it further disturbances, I do not know. A denoising should in my opinion: but actually lead rather to a slight blur ...
