Hello,
my Panasonic GS 280 is broke down. Perhaps they can be repaired yet, but that will only become clear in a few weeks.
Meanwhile, I ask of me I should not use the "opportune moment" and change to HD ...
Basically, I just films my two little kiddies, and make it synonymous not a great video editing. Ist halt only look for's "Family Album" and the always-times-once in between and then in a few years ago as a reminder. My "fear" is that in some years the presently movies pretty cheap (; = will look bad), because we are already at HHHHD (; resolution of 5000x3000 pixels or so), and HD anyway it is standard. Sooner rather than later anyway change ...
Well, the Canon HV 30 does seem pretty well off everywhere (come on, except perhaps) of the sound.
What do you think?

As it is now but somewhat guenstige "HD" (Television with tolerable image quality, was until 1-2 years less than 2000 euro to have yes) and corresponding HD player (; of here on more than erwaente of Western Digital zb) are not really talking much against it.
Depending on what is broken, the repair in the workshop, if possible at all, tend to be expensive.
HV30 is when you find it somewhere else cheaper, otherwise the successor to the HV40 (; price search engine gives around 200 eur difference - whether it is worth it, I can not say - I've ne HC5 bought me at the time because it was real cheap grad s, although the HV30 would be around 250-300 Euros more have been a better camera, but the money saved with a sufficient quality of the HC5 was more important to me).

The difference in picture is huge. The details can be seen now, are simply great.
The sound of the camera, however puny, but it is well known to you.
An external Micro naturally takes corrective action.
The only problem that I have now: (On fast pans, passing vehicles - pull), there is a picture judder. Has yet to figure out whether it is s.meinen settings or s.der Camera.
My recommendation: Buy and HV30 connected via WD TV via HDMI s.den Full HD Television. Power just fun!

Is indeed synonymous stupid when you're always a micro still there must have, right? Hmmm .... 'll Take yes no operas, but the sound should still be aktzeptabel!
