Frage von evision:Hi,
As you might remember I already had problems before that happens, the Mac DVD Player one of Encore created video DVD.
Output file was a. Mov, I have thrown in Encore DVD and output as PAL have. Then indeed could any Windows PC to play the disc fine but the Mac DVD player was only the message "DVD not available"
I have solved the time so that I have. Mov encoder given in the media and with the given option mpeg2 DVD / PAL Progressive widescreen ausgerendert. Then the player could not read the DVD.
Unfortunately, this option is the quality of the DVD anything but exhilarating. Just color transitions look very miserable.
Now my question: How can I get a. Mov bring in best possible quality as the DVD that the synonymous Mac DVD player can still read it (because windows zickt rum apparently not at all)
So I have to render it at all before encore again? Or I can not adjust themselves in ecore?
And which render / transcoder option you suggest, so that one can read on all Macs, the DVD and the best quality possible.
I am grateful for every tip and naturally provide all the information you need for yet.
Here are some data to the. Mov

Have you ever tried with iDVD? Because I see the whole so yes it does, I do quite a lot, and there are many matching themes, not just old or too professional, but I find the part, really fine. We have never had problems!
Greetings
PS: Maybe a look, let the video render only with iDVD and then in Encore?
Antwort von evision:
hmm I've now seen even iDVD. Actually I want garkein menu. Can that then be somehow synonymous away? Unfortunately, in this regard have yet discovered no function.

Otherwise you can labeled synonymous in the deployment view your movie on the field that with "The medium for the automatic start moving here," is drawn and to use for the menu (homemade) theme with black background and no sound.

Ok, but now I still have the problem that the video itself is 16:9 but is presented 4:3. In the settings I have indicated already 16:9. What now? : D
EDIT: Has done himself. Solution is here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2179
I have now googled again and read that touch the problem that the only DVD of Windows computers can be read, therefore, possible that it was not burned in UDF format.
But I have not found any option now synonymous with encore, where you could adjust that.
Incidentally, the DVD you can on the Mac with a VLC player to play. Only the Mac's own DVD player may not stop. Has anyone an explanation for this?
