So if I have videos of After Effects render I have later problems with the sound. The harkt and makes weird noises when playing. The video is running normally. Added I Lossless Audio and then turned on the Harken. Wodran kanns lie?

Which audio format (sample rate? Bit? Number of channels?) Because you had set? What video format was the combined and where exactly are the dropouts? In the video editing program?

In this case, the output format to WAV. Make sure the settings (sample rate, etc.) of original and Export are exactly alike.
