Frage von Bawire:Perhaps a more generalized question is because it is different from dealer to dealer, but of acts:
How's that you go online to buy a camcorder and would like to make then of his 14-day right to return it? The packaging has been opened, and yes maybe a welded-in battery was also opened to test the Cam. Now you get its full amount back again, or will be deducted from the purchase price here, eh?
Antwort von jens:
So I have my money ever recovered completely (including return postage).

Antwort von Bawire:
@ Jens
Did you have the camcorder, then a few days already in use? The dealer may reclaim the goods so that actually no longer sold as "new". On the other hand how to try a camcorder if you do not open the packaging.
Antwort von jens:
just, just as indeed is the point in this restitution law.
But I would not try out the camcorder as you would make it synonymous in a store. That is, if any traces remain, you can already count with a discount.
On eBay are often synonymous, incidentally items were sold under the "Back-Ware". But I think that many mail order companies sell their products easily again as new. Soo are not really needed them so synonymous ;-)

Ps:
The model I lend me a camcorder for free by creating a online buy, use and re-sent back to the rotation, we had discussed here schonmal. Ethically questionable (because he is really not new anymore, and the next buyer may be grateful ;-) - and just as dangerous: what if he gets a scratch?
Antwort von Basti vs. Sony:
Ethically very questionable ... That anyway - but if for example, a dealer on the idea of the head hours would be read out in support, it would possibly synonymous nor reached an initial suspicion of fraud attempt.
It has not been fixed so sometimes right in people's minds, legally, it is irrelevant whether I ergaunere 1 million or one cent fraudulently. Whether it is determined in practice, although sometimes, yes, but in the era of Web-profiles you should really ask themselves whether such practices frequently but not at some point in the databases appear to be significant, and precisely because of the criminal activity of which is visible through the repetition lead to Ermitlungen.
Of course - and I agree with Jens law - would see a society that such behavior fails if only for ethical reasons, is always better.
