Hi friends of the film. About a month ago I finished my second project with the 5D Mark II and you would not deny this.
"Just a quick moment" is my first short film I've rotated, so do not be too hard, hehe.
The sound problems that I mention in the Vimeo description, here is a little audition the original recordings to make the problem a bit more clear:

I would be particularly interested in your views on the intersection (like synonymous for color grading) and the camera work. About the errors in the Directing I'm already partially aware (is probably synonymous in part because the lead and Directing at the same time keep the camera may not always work, hehe).

Hey,
overall a successful film. Here are a few things I noticed at the first viewing. This concerns always are subjective things that someone else may already looks quite different. I describe just a bit:
Great beginning, great shots. Exciting cut.
But after the initial disappointment, the ride picks up the stairs just the energy from the beginning abruptly. The swing looks unmotivated on the sign for "The Passage" and you cut in the movement. The fact that you yourself have built the rail system is to see s.Rucklern here.
The recording is 44 seconds, I find that exciting. (Disarming the tree in the foreground). Even after the escalator at 48 seconds is exciting.
These will not fit the cut picture as the person walks up the stairs. Too bad that we see here no person walking down the escalator in the background, so we knew right where you are. Deliberate confusion?
I have personally selected the following settings to high, since the DOF has been disturbing, because the ears are blurred and the nose is sharp. Here I would
personally (!) Found it more beautiful, something next to go away and only the details of making the hands.
Then come back blur. Of course, it may be wanted, to go from the whole look, the actors are always of the uncertainty in the field and beyond. But the actor is part of long-term in focus.
At 5:19 minutes you've recorded, I think the sound. Here I would have left the sound from the first shot. At the word "almost" hear this
Overall, the film tells exciting, you ask yourself constantly, which is probably the same happened. An interesting story that leaves room for interpretation. Do you explain to me anyway, say what you wanted?

I like the main theme, it is very credible and of the actors synonymous implemented credible (that is shocking today could happen at any time when an older man addressing a girl). That the man has kept the girl from suicide is for me a bit fetched next.
But the dialogues, actions / reactions, looks embarrassed .... the whole feeling expressions are great!
Well told, very good settings (the torn pocket of the man I liked very well).
The sometimes extreme DOF for my taste too much, too long and often out of focus.
The sound problems you have already mentioned, but I think you have saved him as much as possible.
Grading like me. The increasing saturation in the final shot is intentional? It makes me feel as though with the increasing coloration of the face synonymous increase or return of the vitality of the man is meant.
Overall, a great job, thanks for showing!

even with the joy of life I've understood as synonymous .. had neglected it but to be honest little more clearly / faster ... like if my story to me synonymous with the tip that he throws away s.schluss has become clear only in retrospect. must be something with the coughing s.anfang have to do ... part is me but shcon n bit much bokeh but otherwise the color settings super story synonymous synonymous;) ton's not your fault you still good rausgehohlt was: D but what is in the jar? Well the film. The colors and the cut I like super, and I am much synonymous not a professional and can say. The increase in color saturation s.Ende me is synonymous noticed, I find it a good idea. What I just do not like so well, at about 6:05 where this shrub in the foreground and the man behind it on the bench are so ridiculous zoom in it. The do not please me.
And the camera movement s.Ende like the man around me not synonymous, since it is quite blurred and quickly went out from the edge.
Otherwise, I added the movie, the story synonymous, like super.
