Hi,
for my wife, I take on using an analog camera (768x576), the live image of a microscope as Huffyuv movie. The films exhibit no particular dynamics (fast = no change) and will be processed in several ways:
- Cutting and linking of the films
- Convert into various PC formats, eg wmv, divx, mpeg2, etc.
- Creation of SVCDs or DVDs
- Creation of (individual) individual images striking scenes
Now it is abundantly platzfressend huffyuv format, so a fast hard drive is full. I would therefore like to use a space-saving Enderes format for caching. What can you recommend here?

Gibts there are any solutions in the low (no) cost area? BTW, I already had with MJPEG 'rumexperimentiert, at full quality but I had no difference to determine Huffyuv in the dataset, the quality should be set to sensible to obtain a reasonable compromise between quality and amount of data?
