He is to both design and animation (to be used, so the entire CS4 package) should run on it as synonymous as Videochnittplatz, the new Avid Media Composer is (on it, later).
I built the following system:
Motherboard: Asus P6T SE (, SATA II, PCIe 2.0 x16)
CPU: i7-920

My recommendation, prefer to wait even fourth year to USB 3.0 and SATA III are truly tested.
When investing in a P55 or X58 motherboard chipset, and it only at P55 chipset boards already there with USB 3.0 and SATA III controller. The X58 chipset is for something faster memory access.
As a system disk, I would suggest a disk with 70GB SDD recommend that should be enough for the system where there really synonymous 30GB. They're still expensive, but just in applications such as Photoshop CS or Adobe Premiere, you will need the speed increase.
The CPU should be at the P55 chipset I7 860 (be 2.8 GHz) as the best choice for X58, it is the I5 520 (2.6 Ghz).
On the subject of 4Gb of RAM should be enough, but you can never have too much ;-)
As far as I would configure a raid by hardware Riyadh with four 1TB disks on level 10 or 5.
Not to go beyond the synonymous with the motherboard, and I'm not quite up to date, whether it is the two chipsets are still to be a Softwareraid.
For the graphics card I would simply browse times in the CS forums and see what it recommended that the case.
If you want to really have true-color monitors for image editing, s.Eizo in my view by no way. The Samsung could very well be synonymous, but instead you have to calibrate it just right.
I have here next to my Samsung 22 inch still has a 17 "Eizo CRT of stand in which all color are displayed as they appear on the print from the lab.
